UCT Chapter Activities - Get Involved

This is the list of Community Development Projects for 2012:

  • Book Drive : we collect books and donate them to Garlandale school in Athlone.
  • Mentorship Programme: Mentor high school learners.
  • Feed A Home: Providing food to the less fortunate.
  • Volunteer to Build Houses: Partnering with Habitat for Humanity -UCT
  • Clothing Drive: collect clothes and donate them to a home
  • Tutoring Sessions: Tutor high school learners in Garlandale
  • Red Cross Easter Event: celebrate easter with the children and giving them sweets(and easter eggs)
  • Tree Planting: To partner with Greenpop and plant trees
  • Red Cross Project- Friends of the Children: volunteer by playing with the children in the hospital http://www.friendsofthechildrenshospital.blogspot.com/
