About the Building Entrepreneurial Leaders Programme
The purpose of the Building Entrepreneurial Leaders programme is to identify, nurture and grow the future leaders of South Africa and Africa at large. BEL is a new programme for WITs students, and will provide participants interactive workshops to build their leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as invitations to Bain Academy presentations that give access to top South African business leaders. Events will be held throughout the year.
Participants who complete the programme will be invited to interview for the 2013 Associate Consultant Internship.

“The concept of sensitizing the top 15% of achievers toward social responsibility is a humane concept. These individuals are the decision makers of the future. Golden Key infuses morality, a balanced approach between individual ambitions and corporate social responsibility and prepares these top performers to act in the interest of all humanity. Practical experience during the student years infuses that spirit of compassion and caring in these future statesmen of our continent.”
