In July 2011, CA@Nedbank will present a Winter Seminar at Olwazini, our "place of knowledge" in the Cradle of Humankind for students in the last year before entering for CTA or equivalent studies, and who have demonstrated consistently strong academic performance. The purpose of this winter school is to expose some 30-35 students to the Nedbank Group, to broaden financial and leadership insights, as well as getting involved in community and environmental responsibility. The seminar will challenge participants’ ability to apply their individuality in team context, demonstrate tenacity, resilience, flexibility and conceptual potential.
